Do we have to stay at Basin Harbor?
We would love for you to! All wedding activities will be hosted at Basin Harbor. You'll have full access to all the resort has to offer during your stay (i.e. the lake, pool, golf and tennis). Aside from Basin Harbor, we would recommend an AirBnB / VRBO, which are limited.
Are the Basin Harbor grounds accessible?
Yes, and golf carts are available to rent for those who need or would like assistance around the property. If you are in need of an accessible room or a personal golf cart, please specify this at the time of room booking. Otherwise, all wedding events, lodging and activities are within walking distance.
What is “Summer Cocktail” attire?
For men, lightweight button-down shirts with pants or linens—no tie! For women, short or midi dresses. Relaxed yet polished.
What is “Black Tie Garden Party” attire?
Formal attire, but pops of color encouraged! For women, long evening gowns. For men, a classic black tuxedo or a dark suit.
