How to Book:
To secure a room at our discounted wedding block rate, please call 800-622-4000 and mention the Lynch Wedding when making your reservation. Please note: reservations made online will not qualify for the reduced rate.
Limited Availability:
Rooms in our block are limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your accommodations. A deposit is required to hold your reservation, but it’s fully refundable if canceled 14 days before your arrival.

Burlington International Airport (BTV), Vermont’s largest commercial airport, is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Basin Harbor. Served by major airlines, BTV offers easy connections to and from most cities in the Northeast. Basin Harbor provides a shuttle service to and from the airport.
By Train
The Ethan Allen Express offers daily service between New York City and Burlington, Vermont, with a convenient stop in Vergennes. For transportation to Basin Harbor, shuttle service is available for a nominal fee. Please contact the Concierge at least 48 hours in advance to arrange your pickup.
By Car
For those driving, please set your GPS to 4800 Basin Harbor Road, Vergennes, VT 05491. Be sure to select the Vergennes address, as there are two locations with the same street name in the area! Upon arrival, follow the signs to the Main Lodge for check-in.
